Felix's Dodge Challenger

The Dodge Charger first came about in 1964 and since has taken a few different forms.  It's has been a hatchback, a sedan, and a personal luxury coupe.  But it's most notable form has been a high performance vehicle that is not actually a Dodge Charger but widely known as the Dodge Challenger which is just fitting for Felix.

Many people mistake the Dodge Charger and Challenger as their names are somewhat close in spelling and share some common body parts.

However, the first generation Dodge Challenger was a pony car built from 1970 to 1974, using the Chrysler E platform and sharing major components with the Plymouth Barracuda. The second generation, from 1978 to 1983, was a badge engineered Mitsubishi Galant Lambda. The third, and current generation, was introduced in 2008 as a rival to the evolved fifth generation Ford Mustang and the reintroduced fifth generation Chevrolet Camaro

The Challenger was described in a book about 1960s American cars as Dodge's "answer to the Mustang and Camaro."[2] It was one of two Chrysler E-body cars, the other being the slightly smaller Plymouth Barracuda.

Still today the Dodge Challenger competes with it's rivals the Ford Mustang & the Chevrolet Camaro; and it is currently leading the pack with the introduction of the new Dodge Challenger 392 which produces 470hp with it's 6.4 liter HEMI engine.

Felix's Dodge Challenger is adorned with orange stripes on high glossing black paint with gigantic alloy wheels.  A sort of dichotomy of paint applications to one of the most notable Dodge Challenger known as the General Lee from the 80's TV Show "The Dukes of Harzzard"

Felix's Dodge Challenger is all muscle boasting a 6.1 liter HEMI engine with a six speed manual transmission.  Factory dual exhaust and combination leather and suede upholstered interior.

The Dodge Challenger comes with 425hp from straight from the Detroit factory, but Felix has decided to give his Dodge Challenger an additional 30hp by adding aftermarket headers.

Felix's neighbors taunt him that a Gennie is going to appear from all his rubbing on the Challenger.   Not to mention that although his Dodge Challenger is well within it's factory warranty;  he want even allow any of the dealership's certified mechanics touch it.

He takes pride in having the ability, skill, credentials, and his own certification to pamper his beauty of a beast.
